Abstract

Web-based TLDM-NET Damage And Complain System is to manage the complaints that have been repoted by TLDM users. This system is internet based and has a user friendly interface. The purpose of the development of this system is to help the TLDM management give the best services to TLDM staffs. Based to the project, TLDM managemenmt manage the complaints from the TLDM staff manually. The system development involved several phases, system investigation phase, system analysis phase, system design phase, system development phase, system execute in phase and system implementation phase. The prototype methodology has been choosen to develop the system. System modules are send complaint module, update record module maintenance module and damage information tool module.
