Theory Graph is one of the mathematic models that can be used to solve complex problems. One of the most popular applications in this theory is to analyze the network problems for road. This shortest path system is develop to analyze the shortest path between tourism destinations in Kelantan. In developing this system, three major problems were identified. The problems are calculate the shortest path with distance, minimize travel cost and time. The purpose of development are to find the shortest path between one destination to another tourism destinations all over Kelantan, besides to calculate travel cost and time using computerize systems. To achieve these purposes, waterfall methodology has been using as a paradigm of system development. On the other hand, Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 is software that used as a system interface and Microsoft Access as a database. The determination of the shortest path in this system will be based on Floyd Warshall algorithm. This systems are expected able to calculate travel distance, cost and time. Besides that, tourist can get an information about tourism in Kelantan. It can be benefited to tourism agencies and helping the tourist in travel to their tourism destinations.
