Abstract

Hotel Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur is the chosen organization The sistem that will be developed includes restructuring the design and adding new menus for more efficient and systematic. The sistem that will be developed is being used by the hotel staffs for data input,storing customer information,produce report,payment and customer check-out.Customers also will be able to be a member of the hotel for them to be given special benefits from the hotel. Each member of the hotel will be given special discount rates for air plane to any destination in the world. Member also will be given special packages for all types of room that come with affordable prices.All the promotion do by the hotel will be send through the email or posted using the home members address as a appreciation from the hotel.Customer Information will be stored into the sistem when the customers do the reservation. Customers have to reserve a room based on the availability of a room in the hotel.Reservation of a room will be record by the staff at the counter. The system is control by the Administrator or the Management that has access to the system for changes or updates.The current system also lacking in security,degrade of information and a simple functional system. The system that will be developed will able to overcome all the weakness that we could get from the current system.So that this new system will be expected avoid from the mistake.
