Quality control is a continuous process in order to achieve, maintain and improve the quality of the products and services. In manufacturing sector, quality control is a process that must be done, to ensure that the products will fulfill the user requirements and reach the safety level that have been fixed by the company. In this project, quality Control System is built to help the company to improve the quality of the products as well as to upgrade it's quality. This system is developed based on one of the manufacfuring company which produce Automotive Wiring Harness Research is done on Delphi Packard Electric (M) Sdn. Bhd. The system that will be developed for this company is called Quality Control System for Delphi Packard Electric (M) Sdn. Bhd. There are some problems that have been faced by this company in controling the quality of the products. There are insufficient tools to control the quality of the products produced in order to minimize the number of defects. The techniques that will be used called Statistical Quality Control and Sampling techniques. Based on these techniques, the control charts, Pareto graph and Histogram will be shown. Besides that, the system can determine the best sample size for every slot inspection and give information on quality control process. At the same time, it is capable to produce a complete report which consist of control chart and guide workers on how to run the inspection on the products.
