Abstract
The project which is developed is known as the School Financial Information
system.The focus is to provide expenditure statement, payment and acceptance
statement and school account statement. The money resources that are involved in
the system come from govemment and Public Money Resource(sUwA). Basically,
the purpose of this project is to automate the manual financial management system in
the school.The system involved data entry and financial processes such as how to
prepare the expenditure statement payment acceptance statement and also the
account statement.The main problem encountered by the school is time constraint,
whereby it takes plenty of time to perform the process, compared to the School
Financial Information system. This project is also very important as it facilitates the
school financial administrative functions in a more efficient manner.The project has
applied the object oriented method as its system methodology. The scope of the
project is to generate a system that would provide expenditure statement, payment
and acceptance statement as well as school account financial statement. In
conclusion, this project can produce the school accounting and financial statements
from various input that can being used.
