Normally, College 9 E - community system divided into separated community and this community not joined with the upper community that is JKM and the administration. JKM and the administration have a problem getting a response, opinion and comment from students. It is because students must follow the time and place that have been aranged by JKM and the administration. With E - Community system for college 9 , students did not required to give their comment or opinion formally but they just have to use a computer that are connected to the internet and send their opinions and comments easily by using Web Forum, comment form or opinion form. Besides that, students also be able to communicate and discuss about multiple topic in an online forum. The staf and JKM also can display an information easily. UA (Unified Approach) methodology have been used in this project because its suitable with its concept that is using an entity as an object through the UML (Unified Modelling Language) modeling. PHP dynamic language also been used with MySQL database and edited with Macromedia Dreamweaver MX. Another software that have been used in this project is Microsoft office to make the report of this project and Apache Server as a server for this system.
