Abstract

In this modern era, new technologies have been developed in managing clinics. Based on a study that was conducted to clinic around Malaysia, a few problems regarding registration record for patient and drug management have been recognized. With system which can manage clinics online, the data can be shared and integrated easier,and efficient To solve those problems,a new online system is developed to a clinic that runs multiple branches. This system is called Sistem Pengurusan Maklumat Klinik Dalam Persekitaran Pelayan Pelanggan. Each clinic shares the same patient's data. Meanwhile, drug's data are shared between the branches and headquarters. All data will be stored in a different data storage in every clinics and a centralized database for the medicine has been created. Visual Basic.Net is used as the programming language to develop the system. Other than that, spiral model has been chosen as the methodology. Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and MySQL are the database management system(DBMS) for the application.
