Abstract

Fuels are the important entity in any industry; it's used for the heating and boiling process to produce the much needed therma energy. This process is produced by using combustion system or via a boiler. Fuels are flowed through a special pipeline to the main burner. Fuels used for the process are usually oil and liquefied petroleum gas(LPG). Each of these fuels have their own effect. However. several problems are faced in designing the pipeline fuels. These are maintenance problems, high cost problems and environmental problems. As a result, the alternative of fuels which are clean and costs saving must be found. In this case, the natural gas seems to be the best choice. This project or system is concerned mainly on the designing system for the flow of fuels. Sizes of pipe is the main factor which influences the cost. Simulations of calculation will be performed for each design for comparing purposes. Simulations are based on the design related formulas. A report will be generated for comparing each fuel's flow design and their optimum cost.A graph of payback period will be produced for future prediction.
