Abstract
Process on choosing "umrah" packaged is not an easy way in order to make the consumer satisfy and comfortable in doing "umrah". The choosing "umrah" packaged system are built to solve the problem. Rayhar Travel sdn bhd is choosen as the reference resource, as it is an experienced organisation in handling umrah packaged in almost thirteen years. This system will provide the convenient way to consumer to choose the best packaged for them based on the several criterion. The system will be conceptualized as customer service concept which is contained the database and can be achieved through web. Choosing process will be applied by using Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) model .The built methodology used is the evolution prototype. The database management applies by using Mysql , where as is hope enable to increase the effectiveness of the process on choosing umrah packaged. Furthermore, in the system is wished as the systematic and system that can provide consumer the convinient way in choosing umrah packaged, a d help the organisation to increase their productivity by applying the information technology.
