Employee's Performance Appraisal System is a system that was developed based on decision support system. The scope of this project focus on shinyei Kaisha Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd production deparment that is divided into 8 groups based on the organization chart. The purpose of the system is to solve the problem in the current manual system. The frequency of evaluation can go up to twice a year. The manual system in place now cannot cope up with the situation and problems in evaluation seem to be a burden for the Human Resource department in the company. The object oriented analysis and design approach will be used to support the development of the system. and the implementation of the system will be done using Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, PHP for the supporting programming language and MySQL as it's database management system.
