Abstract

Sistem Pengurusan Prestasi Pelajar or SPres is developed to overcome the problem faced by Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Tengku Mahkota . The school administrator faces problem in term of restore and updating students, details. The difficulty also occurs when the teachers are trying to update their students, marks in student report card for parents and students references. This system is developed according to the bad attendance respond from the parents on parent teacher meeting session due to their busy working time. This webs oriented system is mainly use by the administrator and school clerks to manage, remain and update students, details effectively, so that the students, teachers and parents can obtain the students, performance and information generally. Furthermore this system provides both students performance in academic and co-curriculum. As the results, the involvement of students in co-curriculum activities can be increased. Moreover it will simply enable the First vice Student Welfare to identify the students who do not involve in co-curriculum activities. SPres system is developed by using Waterfall Model and this system study is only focused on the form three students of Sek. Men. Keb. Tengku Mahkota. In addition it is built by using software such as Internet Explorer, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and many more.
