This study was carried out to design an e-learning system that is suitable for the usage for the Orang Asli to get them equipped with the knowledge for a nature guide to boost our tourism industry. Our study user organization is Jabatan Hal Ehwal Orang Asli (JHEOA) while the study will be conducted on nature guide program for the Orang Asli community in Johor, Malaysia. The overall findings of the study showed most of the nature guide do not own a license as required by the Government, Ministry of Tourism. There are two solutions that we proposed: Nature Guide Service System imparts knowledge and skills like forest ecology, tree species, jungle herbs, wildlife behavior and habitat to educate Orang Asli to be nature guides through audio and visual methods and Orang Asli could easily rip and download the music, video and photo file. Basically our system is divided into 5 modules which is sync mobile phone, download to VCD or DVD, scheduler for nature guide duty roll, repository of nature guide learning module and web cam system to guide them in learning. Two goals to be achieved are to eradicate extreme hunger and poverty and to achieve universal primary education goals. Technologies used in the application are Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Beta, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and Microsoft Silverlight 4. In conclusion, the web based system designed for the Nature Guide Service System will curb problems from management, learning requirement and certification of a nature guide.
