Abstract

A searching optimum path destination of UTM campus using genetic algorithm was developed to give a convenience for Universiti Teknologi Malaysia community and visitors find the optimum path. With this research, user can find the optimum path more effective and quickly. The programming will be developing using Matlab 7.0 programming language and genetic algorithm method. Genetic algorithm method usually used for give a solution in finding the optimum path. So, this kind of technique was suitable to implement in this research and generate the optimum path.
