Abstract

Memory management is a concept for allocating user's processes into main memory. Since the size of main memory is limited, so the best method should be selected to enable the main memory to be allocated to as many as possible. One of the method for allocating memory is paging. This method allows more processes to be allocated into main memory by using swapping. These processes will be kept in virtual memory and when it is needed, will be swap into main memory. In this report, it will be focused on how all processes that are needed be allocated into main memory. Hope that by this research can give a benefit for them to solve this allocated memory problem.
