Slow learner children is always ignored in academic field because their limitation in understand and focus on what have been teaching. This Web Based Basic Mathematic Tutorial's for Slow Learner Children is build to give them a chance to learn mathematic in eye-catching and different condition compared to the manual system. This system equipped two main modules that is Teaching Module and the other one is Tutorial Module. Each module has three sub-modules. For Teaching Module, its sub-modules are Introducing Number, Adding and Subtract. While for Tutorial Module we have exercise on introducing number, adding and subtract. The hypermedia approach is applied in this system to make it more attractive and fun to learn. Dialog and animation is also used to make it easier for the slow leamer children to understand and also to catch their attention to learn. This project is build using the Web Engineering (WebE) methodology. The development language for this system is ASP while SQL Server is use to build the database. This project is developed focus on slow learner children aged 7-14 years and use a syllabus from the Ministry of Education. It is hoped that this project can help the slow learner children in learning improvement of mathematics subject
