Abstract
The main objective to build this system is to provide an easy way for the
customer who is trying to apply for license yet needlessly for them to go to the
counter. The systems will be focusing on Business License Application and
Document Management at Health and License Department. As methodology,
Rational Unified Process (RUP) has been applied such as easy way to build this
system and Unified Modeling Language (UML) that is used based object oriented
design has been used as system modeling. By having this system it will help the
Health and license Department on managing their activities yet provided an
efficiencies and reliable service. As a conclusion, this project has succeeded to build
a computerized business license application and document management that is
capable to replace the manual system.
