Nowadays, the Real Estate industry in Malaysia develop faster and faster because of thr great demand of real estate on the market. This causes the Real Estate Industries Faced problems on collecting and arranging their enourmous clients'data. In order to collect and arrange this large amount of data in a systematic form which are easy to refer, an approriate system is required. Real Estate Management System is a good choice in handling these issues. It is a system that provides the capability in collecting and recording the clients data, creating reports for the real estate listings, and also allowing the users to manage and have an extensive search towards the listings. For AP Real Estate, they are also facing the same problems in their current state and required for a system which can fulfill their requirements. By having their own Real Estate Management System, they can collect their clients' data through internet, store the clients' data in a more systematic form and allow the clients to search for their required data. In the system, the programming language, Java, JSP (Java Server Pages) and java Servlets are used to develop the system. The MVC (Model View Controller) architecture is applied to develop the system. It is an approach which allowed the Java technologies, JSP and Jave Servlets, concentrate on what they excel at. At the end of this project, a web-based Real Estate Management System is developed at the end of the project in order to help AP Real Estate to manipulate their enormous clients' data in a more effective way.
