Abstract

Corresponding to massive development in industrial sector in Malaysia had also improved the manufacturing area. These have major effect in health level and safety among the involved workers. There is a lot of factors from working environment that can risk them to some diseases. Early awareness disclosure to this risk is vital. Nevertheless getting a counsel from an expert is costly hence Worker Health Level Diagnosis Expert System is developed online with the intention that worker can easily had an early diagnose about their health level in their working environment and knowing the risk level of exposure to certain diseases. This expert system which develop in Artificial Intelligent techniques to solve the problem support the diagnosis result in form of risk, advice and recommendation. Productions rules tecbnique is used to represent knowledge and backward chaining is used in searching process. The system development is perform based on expert system methodology with evolution prototyping as the model. The system cover up three fypes of diseases which is asthma, hearing disorder and eczema. The system expectantly can provide a new facility to worker in giving information and performing a diagnosis which is can represent the knowledge of and expert in occupational health doctor.
