Quality plays an important role in industries to ensure the goods produced brings benefit to everyone involved. Thus, the quality measurement mechanisms are used widely in manufacturing industries to both control quality as well as to assure product quality. Nevertheless, there are still arguments about this issue among the industrialists. This study is conducted to obtain the perception of manufacturing industries regarding the mechanism used to determine product quality. Statistical analysis tools such as gamma testing, contingency and descriptive statistics Method will be used to analyze the data obtained from a survey. Other that, bar charts will be used to illustrate the data graphically where else the gamma and coloration testing will be used to identify the main factors that control quality measurements. This project will also verify the quality measurement methods used by organizations to ensure the quality of their prodficts. It is also hope that this project will bring benefit to organizations in order to maintain quality in their operation.
