Abstract
Developing Timetabling System Online for Sekolah Menengah Teknik, Segamat, Johor using Constraints Logic Programming Technique is one of the solution in timetabling problem. The purpose of this system is to help teachers in the school to develop a timetabling for all students and teachers based on constraints. It is also to change manual method into computerize system which is online. This system in another way can decreased the used of papers. Constraints Logic Programming Technique is the one use to develop a timetabling for the school. This techniqued eliberates all the constraints to develop a system. The methodology that used for this project is Prototype Model. This application can be run either in Windows or Linux operating system environment by using the client-server concept. MySQL is the software that has been used to store data and information for this system. Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 was selected to develop this website. The programming language that used for this website was PHP. As a conclusion, this system may help to develop a timetabling in better way.
