Immune system acts biologically to protect organism and prevents that caused by patogen and capable in monitorkg and destroying patogen. The algorithm used to solve the problems in immune systems are Negative Selection, Clonal Selection and Immune Network Theory that is produced by two main immune cells which are cell T and cell B. This research includes the comparisons and the connection between Human Immune System and Artificial Immune System besides executing the selection algorithm in data classifications using XOR match techniques. This research also can be used in solving the classification problems and enhancing computer security system. Besides, it also can prevent the existence of nonself antigen and destroy them with certain process. The scope for this research only based on using simple Pendigit data, Negative Selection Algorithm and Visual C ++ as programming language to develop a prototype.
